Artisan Reviews Rating:
Love chutney? Love ketchup? If you can’t decide between which condiment to put on your meal, let me introduce to you, House of Chutchup.
House of Chutchup was the creation of owner Cheryl Dalton who founded the concoction in 2016. It was inspired as an alternative to the recognised and standard chutneys found in local supermarkets such as apple and cranberry. Instead it offers a healthier twist to the common condiments in that it doesn’t use any artificial flavours or additives.
Using all natural ingredients it’s suitable for all including vegans and coeliacs as it’s completely gluten-free. The fruits are also specifically chosen for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties.
It’s a great way to add a burst of flavour to your cheese and crackers, or plop it alongside your meal and it certainly brightened up the taste of our lunches and dinners.
Holy Mole: Mexican inspired chutchup with a smokey texture and a spice of chilli.
Go Go Apricot: A taste of the Caribbean with hints of spice, kafir lime and a little kick that get your taste buds tingling.
Pepper Berry: Full of fruity, peppery tones with subtle hints of anise in a full Cambodian flavour experience.
While it’s great when you want to spice up a meal, it might not be for all tastes which is why Artisan Reviews unfortunately have to give it a 3 star.
But why don’t you find out for yourself?
